The dealer is non responsive to service calls

I own a generac 17 kw generator .I was having a problemwould not start . My wife and I went to the Arace storein Kingston NY. The fellow behind the counter was very nice. He said he would have his service man contact us next day. We have been waiting so far about 5 month and he still hasn't called us . Every Generac rep I called on your contact list could not come for weeks they were just too busy. That's unacceptable for our requirements . I have flooding in my basement . We have back up pumps. If our generator has a problem I need help asap..
