On time and thorough!
Very impressed with Jack and Team.Brittany kept us informed and communicated well when we had to re-schedule our appointment.Jack and Team did an excellent job on the install and "left only footprints" upon completion.Jack walked us through download of the app and had already registered us that morning and ensured that our generator was properly registered.I have already recommended Jack and team to friends.

A&R Did a fantastic job!
A&R was professional, reasonable on pricing and responsive. Due to chip shortages and manufacturing supply issues it took some time for the generators to arrive, however, once it was in stock the team worked with the home owner to schedule and did an amazing job with the install. I would highly recommend A&R Electric as they are responsive, do great work, and worked with the customer to be very competitive on pricing.

Quick Service
My daughter Lost power overnight and I called A&R Electric early next morning. An actual person answered the phone & quickly got hold of a technician. Tech arrived at house within 1-1/2 hours and was able to replace a dead battery to get the Generac system up and running.So impressed with this company that I am seriously considering calling them to install a new Generac system at my house!

The best people around!
A&R Electrical Services are the best! From office communications with Brittany to the installers Jack & Carl, I wouldn't recommend anyone else. They obviously have been doing what they do for a long time and have perfected their crafts.

A Very Positive Experience!
Jack and Brittany made the install of my Generac Guardian 22KW generator a very positive experience. Brittany kept me informed and provided assistance every step of the way. Jack provided me with valuable information to select the right generator for my residence. Jack also did an outstanding job installing and testing the generator. Excellent Service
Jack provided excellent service and installation in the middle of the pandemic. We highly recommend A&R services. Purchase your generac directly from them for professional installation and service. They coordinate everything with your utility company if you are using natural gas. Jack was prompt on Installation day and answered all our questions.

Jack was very responsive to all of our requests. He was flexible when meeting with the inspector, provided a quick response to all emails and calls, and installed the generator quickly and without any issues.
