Extremely poor customer service
The team at AQM is responsive and attentive. The technicians are competent and personable. The service manager is definitely not service oriented and is extremely rude. When he decides to return calls that is! My latest attempt at getting a few answers were such an unpleasant experience that I'm searching for a different service company. We had our furnace replaced a few years ago along with the air conditioning unit and a whole house generator. So it is not as if they haven't made a few dollars from us. I would not recommend AQM unless they replaced the service manager.

great people, great service and newbie friendly
I am a brand new (foreign born) home owner and I find the responsibility of home ownership quite daunting. The AQM staff where spectacular in their service - the sales person, the installers and the office staff. I hovered over the installers and they never flinched. I called the office many times and the staff where always friendly and capable. The sales guy answered many questions and accommodated my special request. I do not suffer fools gladly, so praise from me only comes when it is well deserved.

Best Install Ever
Although it took a few months to get my generator, after I ordered it, the install was impeccable.
