Lack of communication
Just finished having a generator installed by APS. The process was very frustrating with lack of communication being paramount. They would show up without notice. Leave without letting us know our power wasn’t actually being turned off for several hours that day etc. Each individual was personable, but we never knew what stage of the process we were in or when they would be working at our home. Several times I was told they’d get back to me the next day with information and I had to call again a week or more later. In all, it took about 4 months from contracting to turn on. Much longer than expected.
