Terrible, Incompetent Service
The customer service at this place is unacceptable. I took my Generac iX800 generator to be worked on after it wouldn't crank. I had to call numerous times to get status updates on the repair. I kept getting put off until I finally demanded to speak to the owner. In the end, they kept my generator for a month. After diagnosing the issue, the owner explained to me that he would not fix my unit because he was not willing to do business with the company that supplies the replacement part. He advised I take my unit to an unauthorized service center where I would not be able to use my warranty.
