Great experience!
After asking friends and neighbors I called Applegate for a quote on a standby generator. I'm glad I did because the service was outstanding. Bill was very thorough and honest when he was helping us decide on the generator.. The install crew was friendly and knowledgeable. All the questions my wife and I had were answered. It's great to have reliable power with winter coming up!

We purchased a generator through Applegate with an additional cost for a 2 year service contract. In the second year the generator needed service. It took Applegate 8 days to send their service technician and he then stated that he could not fix the problem and referred us to another company. Their tech stated that the generator had been installed improperly.

A bit less than professional
Had used them for years on furnace installation and maintenance. But generator installation did not go well, am looking for an alternate company to do the service. Am done with Applegate

Applegate was great to work with!
Applegate is your one stop shopping center for Generac generators. They not only install the generator with all the electrical hookups, they also installed all the gas piping. It was so easy working with just one company to do it all. Also they were a delight to work with and they come out once a year to do my generator maintenance.
