You are on your own if generator malfunctions on a cold weekend after you just payed them $500 to have it serviced. Crazy policy for a service industry member, was verified by phone.

From the very first meeting to the end of the project the service and professionalism from Apple Electric was fantastic.Made an appointment at the office of Apple Electric to have someone come to our home to give us estimate on a Generac generator.Kenny Lewis from Apple Electric came to our home on time on the date that we had scheduled for our estimate. Kenny was well dressed and very professional, explained all of the advantages of have a Generac generator installed at our home. Kenny emailed a proposal several days later and then we spoke to Kenny again to agree on a price and a date was set to have the generator installed.Hearing that there was a possibility of Hurricane Irma coming up the coast we contacted Apple Electric to see if the date of installation can be moved up and without hesitation our date was moved up.Kenny and his crew showed up on time on the new date to install our Generac Guardian 22K generator. The crew arrived on time all of the crew were nicely dressed and the vehicles were clean, work began immediately and completed in one day. All the members of the installation team were all very friendly, professional and knew their jobs. When the generator was installed the crew cleaned up the entire area leaving nothing behind and Kenny stayed behind to go over the work that was done and to explain the operation of our new Generac Guardian 22K generator.Apple Electric is truly an ambassador of the Generac brand. Realy great people!

Had a generator installed for my grandmother due to oxygen. Even though I was not there for the install, my grandmother said they where great people, clean ,professional and courteous. Then I found out first hand when I had a question. Very good company. Highly recommend.
