Apcom was a great company to work with for the Generac install. They did all the work from digging wire ditch, gas lines and control panel. Everyone was courteous and helpful. We talked pretty much all day and they always just worked along and talked with us. Great group.

Conscientious from start to finish!

I am so happy with my experience with APCOM. I was in an "urgent" situation and I was able to have my initial appointment the day I called. APCOM worked me in to their full schedule and when my unit didn't come in as expected, they went above and beyond to get the unit to me. They were prompt, friendly, and very professional. They solicited my opinion, let me know what they were doing during the install, and left the work site cleaner than when they arrived! I can't say enough positive things about APCOM.

Amazing experience!

Had Alcon Elect. Install a 11kw General Standby generator last week. From the time they arrived till they left I witnessed nothing but a extremely high level of professionalism ! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an electrical contractor !

Great to work with

We had an generator installed by APCOM and just a couple days later our power was out for over 24 hours. So glad the installers were so thorough. We knew exactly what would happen when power went off and when it was restored. They made sure everything we needed was hooked up to the generator and demonstrated a power loss. Very friendly and able to explain everything. Great company.

The office staff at APCOM and the crew that installed the generator have been wonderful. The office has been very helpful and responsive to any questions and requests. The install crew came on time and took great care to protect our home when entering the house to do the inside work. They informed us of the installation steps. When the power would be turned off and when it would be back on. They explained how the unit would run and what we could expect from it. Very nice installation. Highly recommend the APCOM team.

Work was completed on time and when finishedthe workers clean all areas . Problems wheretaken care of. Generator works great and happy that we had it as the power went off a few days ago,

Prompt and Professional Service

The crew that installed our generator were knowledgable and professional. A minor problem was found after they departed and an electrician was sent out the next day to rectify the problem.

Very Professional

Our whole experience with APCOM went great, from the initial evaluation/quote visit to the installation! Everyone arrived on time, and everything went so smooth. We were worried about new flooring we recently had installed, but the crew laid down protective coverings and cleaned up the work areas when they were done.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND

We were very happy throughout the process, from the first sales visit to the end of installation. The install crew did a great job, explained the workings of the system again and left the work area in fine shape. They even placed protection over our carpeting to walk on as they were going in and out. We would highly recommend.
