Very professional Came and asked questions to get a feel as to our needs. Made suggestions as to which product would suit us. Received a detailed estimate in a few days which was very specific. Work was done very neatly and quickly. All systems were checked and tested. Follow up e-mails were made to insure our satisfaction Would definitely recommend Andrus Power Solutions to others.

Work was performed quickly, professionally and "as advertised" despite difficult weather. Two little things that showed they went the "extra mile". In installing the power panel for the transfer switch they had to work alongside my washing machine. Prior to their work the washer had migrated off it's pad a bit. Before they left they readjusted it so it was sitting squarely on its stand. Also due to problems with the gas company final hook up was delayed several weeks. At my request Andrus sent someone out late afternoon on a Friday to get me up and running before a predicted storm.

They did an amazing job with getting our generator and installing it. In addition, they did some other electrical jobs needed around our new home. This is the company I will certainly use again.

This dealer is excellent

All aspects of my generator installation were first rate. Every one came when they said they would and the quality of the electrical installation could not be better. No short cuts were taken and the electrician explained why he did things in a particular way and what the code was. The result is a very neat and well thought out layout. Before leaving they completely cleaned up their work areas.

No show for emergence service

Never showed for previously scheduled date to service a 4 month old generator that would not start. Failed to schedule second appointment or call back with an appointment date. 14 days after the first call for service the generator is still not working. BTY, the office help totally incompetent.
