After a service, the generator never worked right

We had a maintenance call to service Generac generator. After the service the unit was bogging down and not running right the first time power was out. We called in to find out what was wrong and after almost $1000.00 later, they said it's all good. Now when just the dryer is running the unit bogs down and the dryer is running slow. Not happy nor would recommend them. Bad service repairs on our Generac whole home back up generator.

Whole Home Generator Install

My wife and I had a whole home generator from Generac installed in June of 2020. We started the process near the beginning of June and it was completed by the end of June. Very friendly and very professional. The install was smooth and they worked with our propane company so we didn't have to get involved on that front during the process, other than ordering the tank itself. The just went off the other day and the generator kicked on smoothly and we had power to the entire house for the entire duration. My wife was super happy.

These people are absolutely greater than great and i have had them do work for me since 2003 and they wired my whole house for remodeling and did all of the electrical work inside and out and did all of the electrical work for my new landscaping and now they installed my Generac generator and did a a-1 job on it and the service is on a scale of one to ten theirs is a 20.. Generator Installation - Excellent

Andrews Electric recently installed our whole-house generator. They were helpful in answering questions, assisting with an extended warranty, and completed the installation on time and in a professional manner. My Grandma owns the Best Western in Oakhurst. Everytime the power goes out Grandma calls me telling me to fix it. Im her go to guy. Andrews electric put this generator on her house, and Bam pg & e shuts power off for 2 days soon afterwards installation. My Grandma is happy and Im happy too, I did get a phone call though just for her to say how happy she was. She said power went out for a minute she heard generator start on its own then the power came back on.

Generator Service

Andrews Electric provided the electrical to our new house, including the preparation for the Generator. Their foreman Carl was faultless and even provided a complete photographic album of all the rough framing. The generator was purchased later and was installed perfectly! Has been a major benefit during all the power shut downs from dead tree work.
