Very professional and very polite!!

We had a Generac installed yesterday. Our installers -- Josh and Austin -- were very professional and polite. They answered all of our questions and explained the installation process in detail.

Not good follow through

I used them for a year or so but my generator didn\u2019t come on when needed even though they had been on site for maintenance. My view is their work was incomplete and follow through was mediocre.

Excellent Company

we called them at 12:00 pm and he the technician showed up at 11:30. He was really nice and professional, we had power within 10 minutes. So grateful. I would for sure recommend them.

Awful Customer Service - Responsiveness

Something has happened to this company. I called for emergency service, have a contract, and they had not called me back 24 hours later. Then someone called claiming somoene had tried to call me 2x (which they had not) and then did not have a tech available for 7 days! This company used to be very responsive - but now they are passing calls between offices and no one seems to know what they are doing. Backup generators need immediate response - not 7 days before someone can come out.

They are NOT supplying Generac Home units

I called 2 times. They were clueless both time. The 2nd person I talked with recommended that I go to Home Depot to get a Whole House Generator.

I recently chose this company to service my automatic generator, a decision that I'll never regret. The technician was right on time, very polite and very knowledgeable about my generator and any questions I had. From talking to the ladies in the office to my experience with the service tech, the whole experience was very pleasant. This company has certainly earned my business.

Very slow response from dealer

Dealer took over three weeks to repair our generator. They even canceled once because it might rain. The repairman was very nice and thorough. The service took less than one hour but the dealer has a policy of always charging for a minimum of four hours at $90/hr. I will certainly look elsewhere in the future.
