First, I met with KiKi the coordinator for the Generac installation. After she explained thoroughly what to expect, it was a go from that point on. Secondly, the expertise of Tony and his crew (Johnny and Steven) was above acceptable. They knew what they were doing. If you asked questions, they took the time to answer and explain to your level of comprehension. Finally, their work was professional and clean. Items were put back as they were found upon arrival. KiKI and her office colleagues handled the scheduling of times, dates, appointments, permits, and inspections. I have been nothing but pleased with the accommodations afforded me by this company. They work quite well together as a company.

Being very familiar with RCB Electric Company Inc for several years (they maintained our 15 year-old standby generator), there was no question we would choose this dealer for our new Generac 22kW, Model 7043-2, standby generator. From the in-home assessment to the final inspections, everything went very smoothly and flawlessly. Kiki conducted the in-home assessment and she was well-versed on all the different Generac generators, matching our needs with the size generator that would power our entire home during outages. Throughout the entire process, she answered many questions (phone calls and emails) I submitted in a timely, friendly and professional manner. The installers, all of whom have years of experience, arrived as scheduled, removed the old generator, installed the new generator and transfer switch, answered all our questions in a professional, friendly manner, were present for all the inspections from rough to final, and left our property as they found: neat and tidy. Knowing their work ethic, pride in workmanship, customer service, competence, reliability, etc., we also purchased their annual maintenance program and will continue to do so for many years to come. I have highly recommended RCB Electric to friends and highly recommend this company to anyone looking to have a generator installed, who already have generator in need of repair, and/or for any electrical issues, upgrades, etc. Thank you RCB for a job well done!! Great Company -- Definitely Recommend

After losing electricity for 6 days because of Hurricane Irma, I decided to get a standby generator that could completely power my whole house in case of an outage. To me, three things are critical when deciding what product and/or service to purchase: (1) the product's quality; (2) the technical competency of the company doing the work; and (3) that company's customer support. RCB met and exceeded expectations in all 3. As a long time subscriber to Consumer Reports, I know that they recently rated Generac's Standby systems highly and recommended them. That took care of my item #1. Their sales people had in-depth product knowledge and were not just "order takers". They worked with me to ensure that I got the right size generator (22kw), the building permits, and a very competitive price. Their installers are also the ones who do the maintenance and have 30 years of experience. It showed in their answers to my questions as the generators were being installed. When the County Building Inspectors came to inspect the job, I made sure to be there to ask them about the job's quality and reliability. They had only good things to say about the job, and approved it. They say "the proof is in the pudding", and as fate would have it, our neighborhood had a 45 minute power outage three weeks after our installation was complete. The system worked perfectly -- it kicked in within 5 seconds and, if not for neighbors calling to find out if we lost power too, we wouldn't have known that power was out. Throughout the whole process RCB could not have been more helpful in making sure that we were pleased with their progress and their work. We are very pleased, and as a result, have purchased, in addition to their generator, their annual service contract. I recommend them very highly, and in fact have already done so to two of my neighbors too.

Randy and his team was a delight, all in house work! so didn't have to worry about Sub contractors not showing. The job went flawless, Randy's crew kept a clean work site, very respectful. I definitely would recommend them.

Definitely recommend RCB electric

Kiki was very knowledgeable and worked with us from the time of the estimate through completion of the job. RCB made it quite easy by coordinating and completing all the permits and work involved. Extra thanks to Juan, Alec & Tony who stayed to get the generator installed and working by the day before Hurricane Irma hit.

Amazingly enough not all dealers are created equal. RCB in their field are best. Responsive, friendly and they know Generac. Can't ask for a better dealer
