Disinterested
Called up with enthusiasm to potentially get a whole home 22kW Generac installed at my house and the lady who answered seemed pretty disinterested to me. She wanted me to talk them through my house on the phone rather than someone coming for 10 minutes to evaluate the install complexity (and appropriate Generac size) in person. I was just guessing on the size. Honestly, that didn't really interest me for such an expensive and complex installation.

Great to work with
Jay was a pleasure to have do our generator install. Knowledgeable, professional, friendly, willing to answer all our questions and work with us to make sure the generator and install met our needs. We'll use him again in a heartbeat for any other electrical work we have.

Very pleased!
I presented a challenging transfer switch installation for Jay. He took the challenge and developed some alternatives. We discussed the alternatives and determined a course of action. Jay completed the installation we discussed. Upon completion everything functioned as required. The work area was cleaned up and that was the end. I was very pleased with Jay.
