Attention to detail.

My Generac was installed by American Mechanical 2 months ago. From start to finish they were very professional and informative. A true 1 stop shop. Brian and Jake were amazing. This was a very refreshing experience from the usual contractor/sub contractor issues I’ve had in the past.

Generac install / service

Poor communication during install. During an outage and following restoration of primary power, we had a couple of questions, as the generator was still running and providing the power. We were then informed, that the company has only one (YES ONE) generator tech, and it would not be until the end of the month (3 weeks), that he would be available. EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE... We do not recommend this company at all.

Generac Repair

Ryan with American Mechanical knew immediately what my problems was, had the parts with him and it was completely covered under warranty. I was not charged a diagnostic fee. I was not charged for anything because of an unpublished recall by Generac on some Smart Management Modules. I recommend American Mechanical for Generac service. Jack W

My existing go to contractor/service provider

American mechanical installed a whole house generator, tankless water heater, whole house surge suppressor, and new HVAC in my remodeled home. over ther past two years. The installations were as promised, warranty work proplt and professional. All work was fully explained and include disadvantages as well as advantages of unit choises. Limited warranty work has been great!.

Very unprofessional

This provider did not have a proficient understanding of the Generac equipment. They brought out the wrong power management control units and did not know it. And they wanted to install them in a different way than was directed by Generac's installation manual. The Electrical Inspector had to come out three times because of mistakes he found. Loose wires, wires connect in he wrong place and sloppy workmanship. The technicians were told to work 10 and 12 hour days without taking breaks. Their project manager was very rude to my wife and I. They demanded immediate payment, on the spot, the minute the job was finished, even tho I already paid half up front.

One stop shop does it all!

Best experience I've ever had!

From start to finish, this is a top notch company. I am blown away by the service provided, the support from the office, and the knowledge of the technicians. Specific praise to John Gordon, the master electrician who walked me through the entire process, as he was more than patient with all of my questions and concerns. I've never had dealings with a contractor that went so smoothly, and I HIGHLY recommend this excellent company.

Excellent company that really knew what they were doing

I recently had American Mechanical Inc. come to my and install a new generator. They had the job done quickly and exceeded my expectation with their professionalism. I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in generators.
