Called Ethan after another company refused to provide warranty service unless I spent $4500 for them to install an automatic transfer switch! Ethan correctly diagnosed the issue, replaced the control panel and had the unit repaired in 20 minutes. He spent a long time with me on the phone with excellent operational instructions and recommendations. A quality company!

Tony was great to work with. He not only set up the generator install, but also set up the new propane tank install and burial. He emailed us frequently through the whole process to update the progress on ordering, installation, final inspections, etc. It's pretty rare to have that kind of communication with a service provider!

After having a so-so experience with the electric company that did work for my new construction house, I looked on review sites for another company and read great reviews for American Electrical Contracting.

Great Company with a quick response

Wanted to get ahead of the rush before hurricain season. Called American Electrical Contracting and the were out in a 2 days. A week later we had a 23kw in our back yard. I would recommend these guys when installing a backup system.
