Service was surprisingly fast and the problem was quickly diagnosed, as a major problem the unit was picked up the next day, parts were ordered and the unit was returned and hooked up, Extremely satisfied

American air has helped my family thru two bad hurricane's. They went above their normal duties to repair our heat pump after Hurricane Rita and were there to service our fantastic generac generator two days after hurricane Harvey. I recommend American air for all you air condition and generator work.
