Altitude Electric LLC

Great service !

Altitude Electric team from Karsten, Jody, Adam and the rest have been great to deal with. They handled obtaining permits and kept us informed on the progress and when the install could be completed. Everyone is very professional.

Owner

The entire team did a great job. From scoping our project to the final installation and start-up and training. The installation teams were extremely polite and respectful of our time. They took care while on site to clean up and take care of their work areas. I would highly recommend this team. Very friendly and professional

The electricians from Altitude electric were fantastic. They were able to install my generator earlier than other contractors and were very professional. I was kept in the loop throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend!

Many kudos and thanks.

Todd, Jody and the whole installation team at Altitude Electric were great to work with through several weather and permit adjustments. Communication for scheduling was always smooth and the crews arrived as planned and efficiently completed the work as designed. Excellent quality and attention to detail for the whole project. Questions were always answered promptly and understandably in layman terms. Ten stars is more appropriate.

Superior Generac Dealer

Altitude Electric brought the "A" team when they came out to install our new Generac unit. I am an electrical engineer and I have seen poor to excellent installations in power and controls, and Altitude's guys did an amazing, clean, and professional install. Their customer support technician to the time to show us all the components from the exterior to interior, and how to use the Generac mobile app. Now who does that these days!

Great Company!

We are writing to express our sincere appreciation and gratitude for the outstanding service Altitude Electric has provided over the years. From the initial sale and installation of our Generac Generator to the ongoing maintenance and support their professionalism and dedication have truly set them apart. Their responsiveness, especially in urgent situations, has given us tremendous peace of mind. They have always responded immediately addressing and resolving any issues with efficiency and expertise. It is clear they genuinely care about their customers and take great pride in their work. Our heartfelt appreciation to a wonderful company. Bill and Judy Hennigar

Altitude Electrical LLC

Altitude Electric LLC is an amazing company to work with! Each member that we worked with from the initial inquiry to the final delivery were exceptional. We recommend Altitude without hesitation for any of your electrical needs! They are an absolute gem when it comes to entrusting them with your whole house standby generator (initial site visit, understanding our needs, calc loading, correctly sizing the generator to our household/needs, install, training and full generator operation including associated warranty paperwork, mobile app, etc.). We chose Altitude based off of many positive reviews from a multitude of review sources, as well as being a certified Generac supplier. We also verified licensing with the State of Colorado for both the company and their staff as well as corporate insurance being in place and active. They partner with a gas plumbing company that upholds the same values that Altitude delivers on. We are 100% satisfied and everything was 100% smooth sailing! We highly, highly recommend Altitude Electrical LLC.

The dealer was fabulous!!

The personnel are so helpful and courteous. When we had it installed, they worked as hard as they could to get all the approvals that they needed. The city inspector said it was one of the best jobs he had seen. I would definitely recommend them.

Home generator project

Our experience with Altitude Electric LLC has been excellent. The electricians/workers were polite and their attention to detail was amazing. Their attitudes helped us to accept the cost, and time involved as money well spent. Todd Wagner and Jodi kept us well informed at every stage of the project. We will be recommending Altitude Electric LLC to all of our friends!

Excellent Dealer to Work With

I brought in Altitude to "reinstall" my Generac after an initial install by my general contractor during a home remodel. They were very responsive, had fair pricing, and did a thorough job of getting the generator up and running.
