Alternative Home Energy/maint LLC

No showed for appointment

Scheduled annual maintenance 3+ weeks ago. They could not give me an estimated time for the appointment. I called this morning and still couldn't get an exact time. Waited all day. At 4 pm I called them again only to be told they wouldn't be out today, and they would come tomorrow. :( I am finding another company that respects my time. Horrible communication.

Excellence Service

Easy company to work with. Quick and thorough responses to all my questions. Not one complaint about the installation process or the subsequent maintenance and monitoring service.

The dealer was great to work with

From start to finish the dealer kept me informed of the process and when the unit was put into service, they explained how it works to me. I am very happy.

Exceptional company!

Alternative Home Energy and Maintenance came highly recommended from a neighbor. From our first phone call to the last encounter to set up our generator this dealer was professional, prompt and courteous. Everyone from the guys who dug the trench, the plumber, and the installers were always kind and patient, taking care of our property as if it were their own. They made the process effortless and explained every step. We are very pleased with the service we received.

Great company and service

Alternative Home Energy & Maintenance really did a great job installing our Generac. Works fantastic, very happy with clean up and the quality of the work. Would highly recommend.

Very professional from start to finish!

From the estimating process through the installation, Alternative Home Energy was truly professional! Always taking time to explain the process and keeping us informed on the timeline for installation. Their installation team did an incredible job cleaning up after the install and took extra time to explain the start up. The owner’s personal follow up to ensure we understood the Generac operation was very reassuring that we made the right decision!

Excellent

Have delt with many contractors, these guys are the best.

End-to-end great experience

I interacted with many different team members: sales, project manager, electrician, plumber, crew doing the trenching, billing etc. All have shown high professionalism, attention to detail, customer-centric focus. I felt the culture as well as the individuality. It has been a five-star experience during which I was never left down, all the questions have been answered, all activities have been executed timely and on-quality. I was able to understand every step with its expected outcome. I ran the generator for 25 hours and the output was as expected. I hope to never have a need for it, but I know that I can rely on my newly installed wholehouse system. Thank you Alternative Home Energy team!

Excellent dealer!

Alternative Home Energy & Maintenance has been very easy to work with. They are very responsive and helpful. We have been impressed with both the office staff and the on-site technicians. We have had no issues with the generator in the year that we've had it.

Very happy with their work and attention to detail.

We couldn’t have asked for more. They were timely and took care of every detail. Our generator has kicked on twice (that we know of) since installation, and has performed as expected. We are constantly asked about it…leading to new installations in the neighborhood.
