I spoke to Tony & he quoted me a price to install a new battery. When I received the invoice the battery & installation was $10 higher than the quote. I was also invoiced for routine maintenance. A service that wasn't needed until January. 4 months from now. Last year I was quoted a price over the phone but the invoice then was $10 higher. This time he charged me an extra $25 for a service I didn't ask for. I left Tony a message asking about the price & if the maintenance had been completed. I thought perhaps there was miscommunication between Tony & the person that does his billing. There was not. Extremely unprofessional to do service that's not requested. Billing more than was quoted also extremely unprofessional. There are plenty of other generator service options.

Tony covered all the options before we selected the proper Generator to power our home in case of an outage. The installation was very professionally done and the unit functioned exactly as he said it would.

Tony and Justin installed a 20KW at my home and did a great job, the installation was clean and neat. Tony keeps you well informed from the time you give your deposit all the way to when the installation is complete. And a year later they were right on time for the PM service. Justin came out for the service in 3 feet of snow!! how can you beat that. If you want the job done and done right I recommend Rapid Electric. Ernie Coventry RI.

Tony and his partner were great. Installation was excellent and they both took the time to answer all my questions and show me how to work the unit, how to manage the household load, how to troubleshoot if need be, etc.... I couldn't be more pleased and impressed with the way Tony handled the entire order and install. If the unit works as great as the install was than I will be extremely happy. After a disappointing experience with one of the "Elite" dealers on the list, I contacted Tony at Rapid Electric. He came on time and as promised, bid the job, installed the unit. He clarified all my options and answered questions I didn't even know I had. I never had to call him, he would call me. The minute the generator came in, I contacted him and he was there within a few days.
