GREAT COMPANY
They made buying a generator easy. did all the hardwork permitting installation. it works perfectly and their maintaince program is great.office staff friendly and efficient not one issue.

Had a problem with the unit on a Sunday morning. The service man had all kinds of reasons why he should not come out. What an idiot . Will not use this company in the future. They are horrible.

Great dealer
After a call to Generac we called this company and bought a new generator. We couldn\u2019t be happier since hurricane season has started. I would recommend them, they are an excellent dealer.

This dealer was amazing from start to finish
My unit was installed by another dealer and never properly started and permits not closed. Alternate Power Solutions came out and assessed the install, made the necessary corrections and got my permits closed. They are now maintaining my generator and I couldn't be happier.

Great experience
Bought two generators from them. Moving into our 55+ condo and here we grow again. The teams are great from install to ongoing maintenance and service. As a contracted maintenance client they keep you at the top of their service call list during emergencies. It\u2019s gets busy for them during storm seasons. I value the generator and what is adds to our quality of life... but as my dad said... everybody\u2019s selling them but who is standing behind them, this company and their technicians are your 1 stop shop for this. I have even had their on call tech call me at 9pm he was still out working and walked me thru a few steps to help us get power transferred till he could get to me. This is a 5 star company.
