Great Company and Install

This was an amazing experience from start to finish. We got a few estimates but Alpine had the best value. They are factory trained and able to do install and service work. They have a large technicians staff and can handle large volume of calls. Meaning when something goes wrong, which it will over its life span because I chose Alpine I will get priority service when its needed most. They handling everything from the trenching to the gas/propane portion of the installation. Over all was amazing experience and so glad I chose Alpine for the work. Very professional and did the job correct and on time and within budget.

Don't Use Alpine (use Bear Mnt or Balanced Electric)

Highly disappointed that the only way to get the Costco shop card (and rewards from Costco, Citibank) on a Generac generator in Eugene OR is to use the single vendor (Alpine Heating and Air Conditioning) to do the install. Alpine is 1 of 6 local vendors, and just because Costco chose them for the contract, doesn't make them a good customer choice. We saved over $9K using Bear Mountain. Alpine was not honest (several statements). Told us "All roads lead to Alpine" so we didn't have a choice, and that they were the only certified installers in Oregon and beyond, both not accurate. We purchasing through Home Depot ourselves and chose Bear Mountain to install. You DO have a choice, and we do not recommend Alpine (way over priced, won't break out costs, etc).
