The Best

Seems like every one, including big box stores is selling generators these days. However, who do you trust. I have been using generac products for years and they are great. I moved to a new area and had a 11 KW propane installed by a local dealer. About a year later it developed a problem. (Rare for Generac products) Anyway, I called the dealer and after he finally came to look at it he said he would have to order parts(another week) He then came to the house and said it was the battery but that did not fix it So far it was 4 weeks. He then said he does not know what the problem was and I need to call an expert.

After having several issues with my stand-by unit which was serviced by another company and having an issue with the test run, I contacted this company for service. The owner suggested and assisted me on resetting the unit for the weekly test run as the unit would not start. With his instructions I was able to reset and run the scheduled test successfully. he could very easily have come to my residence and charged for a service call. Because of his helpfulness and honesty he has a new customer.

Alpine is great

Rich at Alpine and his staff were knowledgeable, professional and so easy to work with. We spoke with three other dealers and he was the only dealer who told us to contact the gas people to see if we had enough BTU's. They were great and we highly recommend this company.

Excellent service!

We were very pleased with the whole generator installation process with Rich of Alpine Electrical. He guided us through the sizing, site location and circuit selections with ease. He installed our system on the hottest day of the summer and coordinated the propane and inspections without a hitch. We missed the first use of the generator (a one hour outage), but were quite comfortable and pleased when we had generator power during Hurricane Sandy. We would highly recommend Rich and his crew for your electrical needs.
