Generator Service Unmatched

I bought a generator through my electrical contractor. That was great unit it broke down and my contractor said he could not help me. I found Allied Generators on Generac's web site and I gave them a call. They were very knowledgeable and quick to respond. Their technician explained what was going on through the whole process. Even though Allied Generators did not install the unit they took care of the warranty for me and I did not have to pay any more out of pocket.
