I was looking for a whole house stand-by generator for my second home. I spoke with Jon who scheduled an appointment to send a crew to measure and assess the needed work. I then received a written proposal (quote) from Scott, the owner, for work to be preformed. Once the generator arrived Jon called and set up an appointment for installation and called the day before to confirm. The electricians arrived right on time and got to work immediately. They were polite, professional and friendly. They explained exactly what they were going to do and why. At the completion of the installation Austin gave me a quick tutorial on the system and it was good to go. I was new to the area and didn't have and electrician but Alliance Electric will get all of my electrical business from here on out. I will also recommend them whenever I get the chance.

Very professional

Alliance is very responsive to customer needs. I called asking for a quote. We scheduled an appt. The visit was by a professional who explained our options and answered questions. Service has been on an annual basis(3 yrs.so far). They automatically come to do yearly maintenance. Highly recommend.

We had our generator installed by Alliance Electric. Scott, the owner, came out to see us and let me tell ya he is a very professional, knowledgeable, and honest individual. When his crew came out to install, they did a fantastic job, they worked hard, and steady. Haven't seen a crew work that hard in other times when I have had work done at my home by other crews. The crew was very polite, knowledgeable and everyone knew what they were to do, there was no standing around. They even took their shoes off when they came into my home with out asking if they needed to. I am very impressed with this company and will refer them to others.
