Very poor service, communications and rude telephone service! Had my annual service performed, then 6 weeks later the generator quit performing its self test! Called them out again and they wanted to charge me thousands to repair which I refused to let place perform it. So they disabled my generator and left, sending a big bill for doing just that.They have permanently lost me as a loyal customer.

Mr. Jenkins came to my home and reviewed my home for complete coverage. He came back and presented proposals for my consideration. He was very professional and did not pressure me to purchase any unit. He did recommend a unit and explained why he thought it was the best. Since purchase he has responded very promptly with service even though we are 60 miles away. Highly recommend.

I was informed of the cost per hour of checking the generator up front if it was not covered by the warranty. HOWEVER, I was not told/informed I would have to pay for their mobilization from whatever city/town they were coming from at their normal hourly rate of $100/hour. Who gets paid $100/hour to drive to their jobsite? The service technician diagnosed part of the issue, but did not check the fuses which was the other reason the generator would not work.

This company knows what they are doing and are very professional
