    Keep Looking

    If I could give this dealer ZERO stars I would. My contact info was given to them by Generac after I requested information of their website about a whole house generator. Initially responsive and professional up until they had my money. Charged for a battery and fittings that were never delivered and when I tried to arrange a time for installation, was told they were in a busy time and would let me know when they had time to complete the installation. Never saw them or heard from them again. The generator sat in my yard for 4 months (and through 4 power outages), useless. Inept and dishonest, should not even be listed as an authorized dealer.
