This dealer went over and above others. They had lots of experience and answered all my questions. The installation went off with out a hitch and the installation looks great.

Great Team at All Seasons!

I recently had All Seasons install a whole house generator and I've only great things to say about them. From the office coordinators, to the electricians, to the plumbing folks, they were all great! So what do I deem great? How professional, polite, clean, punctual, caring and diligent hard workering individuals they all were. From obtaining the permits, doing the gas line and all the electical in the house to the inspection which passed right away, all was smooth running. I've had other contractors work on our home and it's always been a challenge at one stage or another but this was not the case with All Seasons. The pricing was also reasonable. Not only will I be using All Seasons again but I will continue to highly recommend Jim and the team. Nice job, thank you for making this a pleasant experience.

Wouldn't Honor Warranty

My generator failed after hurricane Sandy. It was still within the warranty period. I had trouble contacting the original contractor because they were working off of reduced phone lines. When I called Generac, they suggested a few authorized dealers and I chose the closest one, All Seasons.

Do not contract with them

If I could give negative stars I would. What was suposed to take 5 weeks took 6 months and after a year we cannot agree on the extra costs because of the errors & damaged parts along the way. From poor customer service and being unprofessional there are just too many reasons to go elsewhere.
