I had this dealer install a 16kw standby generator and transfer switch last November.His crew seemed competent as far as the install went.The problem was their handling of paperwork. It took four revisions of the quote and final bill to get the job done.On top of those issues, I was told and promised multiple times I would have the 7 year extended warranty promotion that was in effect at the time. That it was automatic and I would receive paperwork from Generac once the job was completed.I\u2019m now told by Generac it\u2019s too late, and he should have filed the paperwork with them.In my opinion, very unprofessional.
