All Phase Electric

Four installed, great job in each installation!

Mike, Steve and the crew put four units into four locations. All work great and I have been able to see them all go into operation, thankfully for only short periods each, Haven't had any long term outages, but the units all did what I had hoped, kept computers working sump pump and systems within the properties operational. Thank you.

A dealer for the picky perfectionist consumer.

I'll cut to the chase.....I can be an installers nightmare. I have a bit of electrical knowledge and am very finicky about who works on my house. This was a pretty big job and I was rather unimpressed with the the first two dealer/installers who came out to look at the potential install. Then I met Mike, the owner of ipower. He is also a licensed electrician, and a damned good one. He was able to quickly evaluate my needs and explain everything to me in great detail. Everything was handled in a timely and professional manner from his handling the permits to coordinating with the plumbers who installed my 500 gallon propane tank. Any time I had a question Mike was available and if not, got back to me within an hour! When was the last time you used a contractor who was that responsive?! When it came to the day of the install Mike arrived with a team of men who have apparently worked with him for years. Each guy had his own job to do and I watched as the job quickly came together without a hitch. One member of the team actually stayed with us 2 hours after the rest of the guys had left to clean up! The generator runs like a champ and with no "surprises". When I had questions after the install, Mike was, once again readily and quickly available. I cannot recommend ipower highly enough! T.W., M.D.
