Great Install and Service

All Phase installed and services our generator. Their staff is excellent and did a great job installing our generator. The maintenance and service team does a great job maintaining it. I strongly recommend All Phase.

Found installation poorly performed. Anchor bolts for the generator not installed, pool of oil under the generator, and one of the spark plug leads not connected.

No show

Made an appointment for an estimate to install a generator. Had several communications wit Jonathan (texts, phone, email) to confirm the scheduled date of 4/16/21 between 4-6pm. At 5:45 I texted to check on his arrival. No response and no show! Very poor!

I rarely write reviews unless I receive exceptional service which in this case I did from Generx who installed a 20KW diesel generator for me.Everything went smoothly from the salesman to the concrete crew, generator set, and electrical crew. All aspects of the install were performed by Generx employees who were courteous and took pride in their work.I was kept informed of each step in the process from the office personnel who e-mailed me with the date, time and names of the employees who would show up.I did a lot of research and obtained quotes from various other company\u2019s and am more than satisfied with the work performed by Generx who was the only company who performs all aspects of the install with their own employees.

A GREAT BIG WOW!!!

My wife & I decided to put in a 36 kw Generac back up generator last year at the same time we were re-landscaping. All Phase Electric employees were terrific. They scheduled work around all the landscaping, were courteous, hard working, knowledgeable & friendly, & they cleaned up everything when they finished. We highly recommend them. In fact, we are now going to buy a Generac pressure washer from All Phase Electric.
