Terrible Dealer
I had my portable 17.5kw generator go in for a electrical issue and after two weeks they called me back saying they didn’t have a qualified person to work on the unit. Vendor/dealer still charged a delivery fee for returning my generator without work done. Would not recommend.

Great Service
Well supplied store, people are nice and knowledgeable. I have purchased from them a few times and never had a problem. I would recommend them for all your needs.

Non-professional process
I lost all my day waiting for somebody pick it up the generator, gave all the information about condition, location, size. etc and the driver came without the correct information and the tools to pick it up.
