I\u2019ve been using All American generator since it was installed many years ago. This time I trusted them so much that I didn\u2019t need to stay at home while they did it. They have always been so professional and their staff. is always professional and courteous

Great experience, very smooth and efficient

Had them install a 26 kw whole house system and the entire experience was very smooth. Everyone I had contact with from the start of the inquiry process, to initial visit and consultation, whole installer crew, and the back office\u2026everyone was efficient, helpful, professional, and friendly. Very poor

I had such a negative experience with this company. I have a very old unit- it\u2019s probably 30 years old. They asked me for the unit info before they sent someone out. They sent someone out that had no idea what do do with the unit. I heard him on the phone with his dad trying to get help as he had never seen a unit like this ( I could hear him as I was in my bedroom and the generator is right outside my window). I\u2019m not sure why they sent out someone who clearly could not service the unit I have when they had the unit info before hand but anyway- he asked if he could come back later to finish. I said sure not a problem. They then tried to bill me for two service calls. They did the work in August and it\u2019s December and I am still getting bills from them even though I have called and addressed this twice and both times they said they would take care of it. It\u2019s ridiculous.
