All American Generator Services

WORST SERVICE ZERO STARS

Horrible horrible horrible service - avoid at all costs! My generator was installed nearly 2 years ago and jasn't worked a single minute since. All American Generator rarely returns phone calls, texts or emails. Doesn't matter, when they get aroud to showing up, at their convenince, the service is incompetent and unfinished. The generator is inoperable the next day. At the end of my rope - they clearly don't understand the concept of an emergency standby generator. Please give me a refund or get someone who knows what they are doing. Worst service of any company I have ever done business with. Find anyone else to perform your generator work.

Great job by service tech.

Service tech was on time and did a thorough maintenance. Very professional.

Friendly and efficient service

I kept getting a warning message. They worked with me to resolve which took a couple of visits

Great company

I added another A/C and needed to add a component to my system….I am so happy that if I lose my electricity my whole house will function with no problem. The technician Rolando was knowledgeable, kind and efficient. He made sure I understood the system should I lose my electricity…He also cleaned up the work area and made sure I was happy with the work. The system looks great!!!! All I know if they shut down my electric my whole house will function because of this company. Thanks again

Friendly, professional

Installers were friendly and professional and explained everything clearly. I was particularly impressed that the lead installer double checked to make sure they left my yard and garage clean with no trash left behind.

Great Job!

Christopher arrived within the pre-determined time window. He was very nice and friendly, and got to work right away. I asked him how long the job would take, and he gave me a time estimate. He finished pretty much exactly when he predicted!
