Unreliable and not knowlegable
After contacting this company, our annual maintenance provider for 6 years, they failed to repair or follow up on a potential cylinder problem that then became apparent after a recent 7 day power outage. Our generator is needed for medical reasons primarily. After 4 phone calls, their failure to respond and address the issue has forced us to find another service provider. We cannot recommend them.
