We had an undiagnosed problem with a 17kw not running. AL's powerhouse came out at relatively short notice when another bigger company told me it would be about a month to get service. AL's are truly experts and know these systems inside and out. My generator's problems were clearly explained and I was shown evidence that made sense to me. My generator had a major destructive failure that required total replacement of the power head, fan, and muffler. The only delay was due to parts needing to be shipped, but the guys were back out the day the parts arrived, and had my generator running smoothly after a near complete teardown. Honest, reliable, expert. Highly recommend. This is an unsolicited review and I am unrelated to them in any way.

These guys are very responsive. Both times I've needed them they have been out the same day, even on a weekend. Their service is great and I highly recommend them.

Called up 3 different companies to come check and service my generator. One was 6-8 weeks out, the other one did not answer but Al's answered the phone and I was scheduled that moment for the next day or even later in the same day! Wow...great response.
