Medical Emergency

I have been a customer of Matthew and Danny for many years and this year they out did themselves. I am stuck to a bed and wheelchair so i depend on power to do anything. They called to check on me and make sure i was ok. thats the kind of people they are.

Emergency

We were without power and are on oxygen. Once they found out we were on oxygen they put us on top of the list and with in a hour they had us up and going.

January Tornado

I called right after the tornado hit near my home near slap out because we lost power and my generator was not working. They came out and got it going quickly and explained what was wrong and if i needed to clear the code again how to do it

Tornado response

Great response and service after called in middle if the night when power went out after Tornado came through earlier in the day.

Non Responsive

Very disappointed to find this company has no service after the sale and non-responsive to calls for routine service checks and any other questions you have about the operation of your equipment. Would not recommend this company.

Tech came out in the middle of night after a car downed the lines and my generator wouldn't start. We are on oxygen and really are glad we found someone 24-7 in our area.

Awesome Service

My old generator would not start, and the technician had it running in no time. Did a full service and at a reasonable price.I would recommend their services, and plan on using them for the annual service that this old generator really needs.

It takes multiple calls to get any response from this company. They are friendly on the phone, but do not follow through, and don't even try to email them.
