very knowledgeable

had many estimates but airco services was more knowledgeable than all the others. the other companies seemed like they were going to slap it in and run. Airco took care of me all the way and they did every step like promised. beyond happy!!!!

Best money i have ever spent

we called airco service about 2 years ago. along with getting 2 other companys. Seth from airco came out next day(1 company didn't even call back/ other company didn't seam as knowledgeable and very sales focused) Seth provided us with every answer to our many questions/concerns. we purchased and couldn't be happier. Aircos installers where very friendly and went the extra mile on the install. airco has since completed yearly maint. on our generator twice. Unit looks like brand new and has keep our family out of the dark 3 times. If you are thinking of getting a generator, just do it and go with airco you will be happy you did.

Telling the truth

I had Seth from Airco come out to my house not too long ago. He spouted off that Airco was the largest dealer and installer in Oklahoma. After having many companies come out and telling me pretty much the same thing as far as how things work and what I should expect.Later I went on line and looking up what was what concerning Generac Generator. I found out that Airco was barely on the map concerning Generac. (Just look at heir rating on Generac\u2019s site and you will see) They are NOT EVEN CLOSE to being the largest Generac Dealer. I found out most of the time that Airco buys their generators at local source instead of buying from Generac directly.Seth told me that I needed to include a heater on an air-cooled unit. I did call many different installers and every one of them told me though it was an option I did NOT need it unless I lived mid Kansas or north of that. This tells me that Seth either does not know his stuff or he is not very truthful and tried to up sell things he should not.Seth quoted me almost a grand higher for the same installed 22kw. The other companies were doing the same install as Airco Quoted. I don\u2019t mind any business making money. This is how things are done. I just don\u2019t want to be the one they make all their money on.No Thanks Airco. If this is how you conduct business I do not recommend Airco to any one.

On Time and Professional

I had an emergency with my 6 year old generator while out of town. Airco service was able to respond quickly, solve the problem and was reasonably priced. Won't hesitate to use them again.
