They were helpful in getting gas added to my house. We are going thru the process of getting the county to approve the location. The gas lines look good and the tankless works great.They even helped with the rebates on the tankless from Teco. Now just waiting for the generator to be delivered from Generac.

Called them in Oct, they did not follow up. Over 3 weeks ago called them again, They said, oh it's been a long time. They set appointment but never showed up, never called or emailed. No contact since. We wanted to do this 6 month ago and no follow up! We have moved on!
