Air Group is the gold standard for generator installation. They explained the project in details; kept to the quoted price; handled every part of the installation, from permits to physical installation to electrical to gas; explained and demonstrated the operation of the unit clearly and carefully; and were available for inspections when needed. My sales representative, Angelo, was not just a salesman: he was knowledgeable about every part of the project, was always available to answer questions and coordinate scheduling, and showed up repeatedly to keep track of each phase of the project. But the men who did the actual work were also very impressive - punctual, polite and knowledgeable. All of the town inspectors were impressed with the high quality of the work when they came to inspect, and needless to say, my generator passed inspection easily. The unit has been tested several times and worked perfectly. I feel confident that it will work in an emergency and also that if there is any problem, Air Group will respond with help quickly and efficiently.
