Air Group LLC

Worth every penny

Air Group is the gold standard for generator installation. They explained the project in details; kept to the quoted price; handled every part of the installation, from permits to physical installation to electrical to gas; explained and demonstrated the operation of the unit clearly and carefully; and were available for inspections when needed. My sales representative, Angelo, was not just a salesman: he was knowledgeable about every part of the project, was always available to answer questions and coordinate scheduling, and showed up repeatedly to keep track of each phase of the project. But the men who did the actual work were also very impressive - punctual, polite and knowledgeable. All of the town inspectors were impressed with the high quality of the work when they came to inspect, and needless to say, my generator passed inspection easily. The unit has been tested several times and worked perfectly. I feel confident that it will work in an emergency and also that if there is any problem, Air Group will respond with help quickly and efficiently. This is not the cheapest way to install a generator. But as some of my neighbors have realized, too late, it is worth the additional cost to have the work done professionally by true experts.

Excellent customer service and installation

I highly recommend AirGroup. Eric was prompt, courteous, professional and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. Installation crew did an excellent job: job was completed as promised and was high quality. No dust or debris left anywhere. Definitely an organization you can trust.

Very happy with the dealer

I had an excellent experience with the recent installation of my generator and consequently hired Air Group to have the maintenance contract for my air conditioner and furnace!

True Professionals

I chose Air Group to install my Generac Generator and I’m very happy with my decision. I had three companies give me quotes and Air Group was the only outfit that did everything in house, including the borough permits. Two of the inspectors commented on their workmanship and said they wish every contractor did their installations this way. From the salesman who explained everything and made it very easy for me to understand; to the installers, everyone was very pleasant to deal with. Job Well Done!

100% Satisfaction
