fantastic service
Mike and Keith did an excellent job installing our generator. We highly recommend CMD Powersystems for any generator install.

I would recommend this dealer!
A.E. Robinson and their team of professional technicians went above and beyond to make sure we were happy wth the installation of our 17 kW automatic generator. The install was quick and easy for us as homeowners and I would recommend them to anyone looking to add the security of back-up electricity! Thanks A.E. Robinson!

Service is unresponsive
I tried to contact service to determine how long they would be before they worked on my broken Generac. I was put on hold for a long period so I hung up and called bad. Was told the Manager was on the phone and they would have him call me when he was off. It did not happen. Two days later it still had not happened so I called another Generac service technician and cancelled the work order. I had the same problem with this service manager on another issue not related to Generac.
