No help in meeting the customer's needs
I had been involved with this company for quite some time (approx. 13 years) for the techs to come out and service both an admittedly older heating/air system and then for a generac generator. No problems until the generator tore up, and qut working, when I called them to come out and fix itm approx 1 year ago. The response from the guy (Mike) was that the parts were delayed being shipped, got one part in but failed on getting the second part that was needed, etc., ALWAYS an excuse with no repair. I have some breathing/lung issues for which oxygen use has become needed so I feel I have no other choice but to seek other companies to help solve my problem
