Today Jack came for my annual service. He was such a pleasant, friendly and smiling face to see on a gloomy day.

Smooth replacement of previous generator

My 10 year old non-Generac generator abruptly died. Service tech determined broken rod.Ian provided prompt fair quote for replacement. No charge for service call and able to use existing transfer box. Fortunately had desired replacement in stock and promptly installed.

Ian was so helpful right from my first phone call! His guys installed a full house generator yesterday and I actually lost power last night during a windstorm- what a great feeling to have my power come back on within a minute- great job, Guys!!!!

I contacted this company and they were very responsive but try to upsell. I knew what I wanted and needed I\u2019ll be insisted I need to be large unit. I was told they only deal with 16 KW or larger. When I got the quote I was very disappointed in the price. Other two quotes or $2000 less. There was no follow up on the estimate either.

Sales person and office manager were very helpful

Dealer sales person on an on-site visit was very helpful in determining the size and location of the unit. Office Manager very friendly and helpful providing additional in formation.

I've been with Advanced Power for years. They are the best!!! Very professional/knowledgeable and personable. I can't think of a thing they have done that wasn't top notch.

annual service

I have been extremely happy with our Generac.I was not happy that our annual service that usually happens in August was done in April which means that our service fee was really only for 8 months instead of a year. I think the service dates should be kept closer to the regular yearly schedule. Other than that we have been very pleased.
