Called twice & left message each time for service. No call back. Very poor business practice.

Keith was wonderful!
I called AGI two days ago to arrange an estimate. Keith called me back within 1 hr and made an appointment to come out and give me an estimate. Very personable & answered all my questions.

Person from company contacted me this morning, very defensive from onset of conversation. worried more about not getting my business than coming out to give me a more accurate estimate. actually hung up on me. I do not normally post comments on negative reports on business but felt this was appropriate.
