    Totally Unprofessional

    I have have residential and commercial generator and paying a lot of money at year for maintenance. After 2 weeks from the maintenance's visit on my residential generator, it stopped working. Called to require a tech support. What a nightmare. You call and one guy from call center take the message and NOBODY from the company never contact you.Called the sales representative on is personal phone and never get back from him after a few time told me "we didn't forget you".After 4 weeks from the first contact i decided to call another Generac Service provider and they came after 2 days from the call. I will ask my money back and pay the other, more professional, company.By the way my generator have a serious damage because the battery (that they changed last year) exploded probably because the last visit they didn't check the liquid inside.NOT RECOMMEND this dealer.
