I called to buy a whole house portable generator with a transfer switch installed. The lady was rude and condescending. She was also lacking correct information. She told me that generac does not make a portable generator large enough to power a whole house on wheels. Well they do! I told her I already received 2 quotes. Then she said they don\u2019t install transfer switches. But that\u2019s what\u2019s need for a whole house generator and they install them. She then said they dont install them for the portable generators. Unwillingness to listen and misinformed person answering the phone lost a large sale.

I was having an issue with my Generac system not suppling power. I called several " local" dealers and was told that it may be 8 to 12 weeks, since they did not install the unit, before they could "fit us in" and the ATS was probably not under warranty. Advance Electric came out within a few days, found the problem in complete the repair in under an hour. They also called Generac and the job was completed under warranty. Great people, service, and experience.

Christmas Eve's storm was dreadful and about 2am, my generator broke down. I called many, many places in the middle of the night and they were all extremely busy with the storm damage. Donna and her husband got me into the cue as soon as possible! They didn't know me but were anxious to help because I am a breast cancer patient and need to keep the heat on and fridge going as I can't get out.Today I spoke to Evelyn (who couldn't have been nicer) to set up regular maintenance.Professional and SO very caring!!! And of all nights to have an emergency!

My previous generator maintenance company had gone out of business due to covid. I signed a 1 yr contract with this company. I have to state they are really really awful. The customer service is terrible. Twice they left me messages meant for other customers- and as an aside it sounded as if those other customers were not at all satisfied. When I explained to the woman on the phone why I would not be renewing my contract with them, instead of listening, she started to argue with me, became tearful, and told me I was being "mean" to her. Never in my life have I dealt with such an unprofessional company. Stay far away from these people

I have an older Generac model, and this dealer services it 3 times a year. They are always on time, and efficient. I recently put out an emergency call to Advanced Electrical Services to a leaking, failing. Oil Pressure switch. They responded and repaired the problem in less than 2 hours. I know that my Generac Generator will eventually require replacement, and Advanced Electrical Services is the company I will choose to do the job. This is a great company.

Advanced Electrical Services Group installed my Generator last month. I was completely satisfied with the entire process; beginning with the estimate provided by Michael, continuing with the assistance provided by the courteous, professional women in the office, to the technicians that worked effortlessly and efficiently for 2 days at my residence. I work outside the home, and had no apprehension about not being there during the installation. Each day that I arrived home, I found my property to be as I had left it. No signs that the technicians had been in the house at all. They took the time and effort to clean as the worked progressed. True professionalism. I will absolutely use them for all work related to the Generator as well as any electrical work to be performed at my residence.

They just completed generator installation in March. Mike had come by to assessand give an estimate. He was friendly and professional, and explained everythingfully. Jason did the work \u2013 two guys over 2 days. They were Excellent, Polite and professional. They worked very diligently and kept the property clean even while they were working, not just cleaning up at the end. We love the job they did. Great attention to detail I was very impressed with the fact they handled permit and questions from township, coordinating with plumber and finished it up with contacting inspection agency to confirm everything was completed correctly. I\u2019m very happy I went with this company. It was painless, and the results were better than we thought. Looking forward to our first storm to see the results of our purchase.

From the time I called to the time my generator was installed I experienced nothing but professionalism. Mike answered all of my questions and explained the whole process to me. I would definitely recommend this company.

We called Advanced to come out and upgrade our generator. They did a wonderful job. Everything is very organized and neat. Panels are very well labeled. Loved the customer service from all in the office and we loved working with Scott. Great company and will definitely recommend!!!

My generator was having some issues after 6 years and the BEST SERVICE GUY came out and only did a 10 second visual inspection and told me that my Generac was ctap and I needed to buy a new one. He then charged me 100 dollars to do nothing. Be careful if your generator needs service, they just want to sell you a new one I called another dealer who is sending a teck out to do a REAL inspection.

Mike was extremely helpful with our seleciion and instalation . The installation was done exactly on schedule . The workmanship of the installation crew was superb . The installers were friendly and kept us informed during the entire installation . Advanced Electrical services were an absolute pleasure to work with !

March 2, 2018Advanced Electrical Service Group\u2026 A Very Special Company, with an infectious culture.My home lost electric power and the Generac 22KW took over as it should. It ran for 3 straight days. About 9:00 PM on Monday March 5, 2018 the Generac shut down. I checked it out and the LED control was blanc. All good for the night as I have a gas fireplace. With my mobile phone I was able to go online and search for a Generac service company. There was one close, Advanced Electrical Contractors. I waited until 6:45 AM to call. I talked to Mike, who I think was a Tech. He was great and assured me that someone would get back to me with their schedule and let me know when they could get out. At 9:00 AM, I called for an update. I talked to Scott V. We talked through the problem, which we thought was the control board, which they have on their service truck. He told me he would have his schedule person call asap. Scott was also excellent. Within 5 minutes I got a call from Donna V. Donna assure me that their generator tech would be there before he ended his day, no matter what time. Donna was also GREAT. At 6:00 PM I called for an update and got Denise. She asked me to hold on while she contacted the tech. She got back on and let me know the tech was in Wilmington finishing a job and would come directly to me when he finished. Denise also gave me great comfort that I would have the Generac up and running soon. I decided I had an hour before the tech arrived, so I went out for a sandwich at a local restaurant. I was there about 30 minutes when I got a call from Scott K, the tech. He let me know that he was at my generator and had everything under control, and not to hurry back. Wow I was able finished eating, but I did get back home in about 15 minutes. Scott K, had the generator up and running. No control panel board, just a battery. He discovered the charging wire in the automatic switch had a bad crimp and was disconnected. Scott K was my last contact with Advanced for the day and had the same incredible customer service culture that came through with each person I interacted with on a day and time when I was in need. Although, happily, we haven't had to use the generator yet, the company gave us the feeling that they were the one's to choose. When they were installing the generator, they discovered that our electrical system had to be rewired due to water damage, They gave us a reasonable bid to do this. They completed the job in a timely manner. Their agents were friendly and responsible. We are very pleased with this company.

Made 1st appointment...and kept it...on time. Once the job was agreed, called to confirm and showed up when they promised. Worked performed to highest standards. Cleaned up at the end of each day. Whole house generator + outside outlet + underground cable to shed. No job too big, no job too little. Took care of all permits at the beginning and walked us through all they did when finished. Very, very professional.

Let me just say how efficient and wonderful this company is!!!!! They are the only ones who scheduled an appointment and did NOT charge me a diagnostic charge for a warranty issue. They came out, knew exactly what they were doing and fixed the generator control panel. Can not say good things about this company. Highly recommend!

We called this dealer during a storm when our generator failed due to a major part. They understood our issues and they worked through the late hours to get to all of their customers. I would highly recommend this dealer.

Over 10 years ago they installed a generator for my home and when I wanted to upgrade I contacted them again because of their professionalism and quality services. They are quick to respond to phone calls, the office staff and technicians are always polite and I never had any problems with their service. They are a great dealer and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Once you have a generator you will never want to be without one. Once you deal with Advanced Electrical Services Group, Inc. you will not want to be without them either.

From the initial call through installation and follow-up, the Advanced Electrical team didn't miss a beat. Kristin, Mike, Scott, Tim & Jason each understood our requirement and although I thought I had a solution when I started wrt the size of a generator, it was clear I was headed down a road of "over-kill". Instead we opted for a 22Kw which not only met our requirement, but cost less. The system was installed in two days given the amount of electrical work (gas too) needed to ensure a professional inatllation. The team even allowed us to tape instructions regarding opertion so we can create a checklist later to ensure proper operation & maintenance. All in all a very smooth & pleasant experience, well worth the investment.

I purchases a whole house Generac backup power generator. Before doing so I met with representatives of Advanced to see which system would be right for our family. Within a short time I had spoken to both owners seperately about my questions. They took the time necesary to not only answer my questions but to follow up with me throughout the process. Their service installers were professional, neat and also took plenty of time to explain the entire system. Coincidentally, the sysetem was installed before last years Hurricane. I had a question at 10:00 pm during the hurricane. I amazingly received a call back immidiately by one of the owners who answered my questions. The system has worked flawlessly thusfar. I signed up for the annual maintainance program they had and they have been out each time like clockwork. Both Generac and Advanced are two teams you can count on.

It took us almost a year from Scott coming out to our home until we finally decided to have a 22KW generator installed and once it was up and running, we wondered what took us so long. Received a thorough overview of options prior to our choice and the installation was as easy as possible with AESG taking care of the order, permits, hook up and installation. Generator was installed 3 weeks B4 Hurricane Sandy and the neighborhood was without power for 3 days, but only 30 seconds for us. Once you make the call, you will not regret it. I know we didn't and we have given out AESG's phone number about 10 times since Sandy.

I knew nothing about generators when I called them. Donna in the office explained everything to me in a way I could understand. They came for the estimate and Scott went above and beyond. I feel so secure with them. I now have my generator and I don't need to worry about anything. Their maintenance contract puts all the responsibility on them!!!
