Best value, great quality
Joe came to service my 18 year old Generac 16kw generator. He let me know exactly what he was doing, testing the unit and the recommendations he had. I will use them again when needed. Thanks Joe.

It is a process!
It is a prolonged process from installation, inspections and start up. Management was very responsive to my requests. Very happy with the end results.

This dealer was below average.
I contracted at the end of May and the installation was completed 9/5. Coordination with the gas and electric company was inexcusable. The manager did not return my calls. It had trouble passing inspection. The gutter downspout was broken. The wrong transfer switch was ordered. One problem after another.
