    Stay Far, Far Away!

When I bought my house the generator was serviced by the previous owner right before I closed on the house. A few months later the power goes out for the first time and the generator fails to run. Since the previous owner left the receipt from the service call, I called this company, the technician comes out and proclaims "the idiot who serviced this last overfilled the oil and it saturated the air filter". I tell him it was his company that did that a few months ago and showed him the receipt. He fixes it and tells me to talk to his office. I call the office, explain the whole thing and he tells me I have to pay for the repair because "he doesn't know that I didn't put the oil in the generator." A few months later the power goes out again, and once again the generator doesn't run. Once again these idiots come out and tell me too much oil was put in. He repairs everything and I call the office and once again he claims "someone else must have done that". A couple weeks later the power goes out again, and sure enough the generator doesn't work. These morons come out again and this time can't even fix it. So I go out and start poking around and see this little tube coming out of a manifold (I think) on the gas line and notice a twig sticking out of the end. I pull it out and find the little tube is blocked up. I take it off, clean it out and put it back on, and Voila! the generator works! I have never touched a generator in my life and in 10 minutes I fixed what these miserably trained technicians couldn't fix in three tries. These people are absolutely the most incompetent repairmen I have ever come across. And more importantly they are tee biggest scam artists as well. I can certainly understand every repair doesn't go perfectly, but the true test of a company is how they deal with that failure. These frauds just claim "someone else" must have done it. In short they suck at what they do, and then they don't stand behind their work. They are abysmal! STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!

    Unprofessional, nonresponsive

Installation was improper. Caused fire hazzard which we inadvertently discovered. Owner would not respond to calls after invoice was paid.
