When I bought my house the generator was serviced by the previous owner right before I closed on the house. A few months later the power goes out for the first time and the generator fails to run. Since the previous owner left the receipt from the service call, I called this company, the technician comes out and proclaims "the idiot who serviced this last overfilled the oil and it saturated the air filter". I tell him it was his company that did that a few months ago and showed him the receipt. He fixes it and tells me to talk to his office. I call the office, explain the whole thing and he tells me I have to pay for the repair because "he doesn't know that I didn't put the oil in the generator."

Installation was improper. Caused fire hazzard which we inadvertently discovered. Owner would not respond to calls after invoice was paid.
