Very Pleasant Experience. They work with me on all aspects of the Installation. Went very smooth through the The rough year of 2020.

Thought about getting a Generac about 9 years ago but finally took the plunge. Talked to Paul Adkins at that time and liked him so decided to go with him at this time. He made it very easy to go through the process to decide how big of a generator we needed/wanted. Although the Pandemic slowed the process of getting the generator, Paul stayed in touch with us and kept us updated on everything. When it finally arrived and it was time to hook it up, the weather was frightfully cold outside. Paul and Brien were out in the cold for hours hooking it up - never grumbled once about it. They were very meticulous about their work and making sure it was done right. Paul and Brien were very friendly and great to work with. Would definitely recommend them to put in your generator.

Love our Generac - totally decadence when electricity goes out & you have no worries!! With several sump pumps panic would set in prior to getting our unit. Paul and crew were consummate professionals in everyway! Above and beyond in every aspect. Good feeling to know you are in good hands both now and in the future. Paul was great to work with. He was real knowledgeable and helpful on deciding which generator would serve my family needs. He explained the process and kept us up to date on the status of the installation. He even contacted the gas company for us so they could come out and change the meter. When it was time for the installation the guys came out and worked efficiently to get it installed before the next storm. Now I have no worries if my power goes out! Thank you

I picked Adkins based on other reviews and was not disappointed. I cannot say enough good about the experience. Paul was very commutative and Tracy was phenomenal. Tracy was here for two hours and went over everything - he was extremely detailed and versed in the Generac product(s).

Our generator was installed several years ago by a different installer. This is the first time we have had issues with it but Paul was able to diagnose the problem in a short amount of time. Turns out, it was the control panel on the generator. Paul was very professional & took the time to explain what he was doing while diagnosing the issue. I would recommend Adkins Electric to anyone.
