I called Adams after a longer than normal power outage. Medical restrictions require me to have power. 2 days after the call, I had their salesman at my door. The salesman was very kind, professional, answered all of my questions, and provided options that made me feel heard. I have to admit, I was a little shocked at the price, but the salesman explained in detail the cost that comes with a generator installation. I was walked through payment options and we found one that was right for me. The day of the install, the crew showed up on time and was able to finish the install in one day. All in all, I'm very impressed with this whole operation as you would've never known they were at my house. After the install was done, my neighbor stopped over, and she is already scheduled for her own install.

do not rely on this guy

Do not use this company/person. Had everything scheduled for a generac generator hookup. He promised to be out and never showed. Never returned phone calls and texts. No notice. All I needed was the gas, electric hookup to the unit and the transfer box wired up. Fishing must have been better than keeping appointments

Chris only does generator work so you are getting someone who understands generators very well. He's busy but he'll get the job done and it will work like you want it to. We have used him for several generator projects now with no issues.

Excellent work and input

The dealer was excellent

I was very impressed with Chris, very helpful and courteous. He mentioned it was a good idea to have one Co. do the install. Otherwise when things go wrong people blame each other and nothing gets done. Do not have one Co. do install and one hook up the gas. Chris is certified in both. He also fixed my dishwasher.

He came on a Sunday during an extended outage and completed our install. The generator ran for three straight days, he came and did the first service during the outage to make sure we were taken care of. This contractor really does care about his customers and his business. I will be spreading the word to call Christopher!!!!!
