Adams was very responsive in contacting me when I asked Generac for an estimate. They followed up with me in a timely manner, and kept me informed about the progress of the project. Installation went exactly as planned everyone was very knowledgeable and efficient.Took the time I needed to explain everything to me.I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

The guys did a wonderful job with the installation and were so helpful with giving us information on how the Generac works as well as helping us to install the Mobile Link on the phone.

We purchased home in TR that had a Generac generator in the backyard. The home had been unoccupied for nearly 2 years so we had no idea when it had last been serviced or what condition it was in. We hired someone in TR that supposedly knew how to service it, and spent $250 on it. A few days later, a red warning light came on. We called Generator Works in Denmark and they came within a day. The technician immediately saw the previous "service" work that was done was totally incorrect and had now actually damaged the unit! It took a few hours, but the tech was able to undo some of the damage and replaced other parts (including the battery) that had been damaged. Additionally, he told us about an app and service that lets the generator run once per week and alerts us via the app about the condition of the unit. His office also gets an update. We can't say enough positive things about his service. This was all in winter, too, so he was working outdoors in some "not so nice" weather conditions as well.

I recommend Raddant Electric grade A all the way. Brad was organized when he came out on the evaluation visit. Follow up was great Sheri kept us in the loop setting appointments etc. Conner and Brad came out to install they are a good team did an excellent job. They even took the time to field questions from my friend up the road. Thank you for a job well done.

We appreciated the honesty. With Covid it took longer to get product and install. Dealer was upfront with the situation.

I emailed and got no response, I called and left a message and got no response, I stopped at Denmark location and talked with Mike personally then gave him all my contact information and he promised to look at the site within 2 weeks Then get back with me and I never heard from him again, if you feel comfortable handing over $7000 for a generator system and get service like that....then mike is your man!

Generator- Works exceeded my expectations. They communicated effectively and efficiently throughout the process. Their workmanship and cleanliness during the project was excellent. They made a fairly complicated installation easy and flawless. 5 Stars!

polite, friendly, good to deal with, answered all questions, no surprises

Having worked in the Nuclear Industry more than 35 years I've seen exceptionally high quality electrical work including new installations and design changes. I have come to expect that level of quality as a standard so it's hard for a contractor to please me. Well I cannot say enough about the high quality work performed by Mike from Generator Works. I am retired and observed the entire generator and transfer switch installation including every wire termination. Professional, clean looking installation. Great communicator and always arrived on time. I highly recommend Generator Works for your in home assessment and installation.
