The installation went extremely well, with no issues at all.The two tradesmen were very well versed in the entire installation process, including coordinating with the utility company, knowledge of the gas and electrical installations and explaining the operations and procedures for maintaining and functioning of the generator unit.I was quite happy with all involved!

The process was outstanding from start to finish. Nick was great in doing the initial assessment, locating where the transfer switch would go, finding a spot for the generator, and setting up all the outside contacts for electrical and gas coordination.

We were completely satisfied with the work of Generac Electric of Elkhorn, WI. The representative met with us in a timely way and informed us of the general time-frame to get the generator installed and followed through as expected. The workers Josh, Karl and JD were very efficient, professional and friendly as they worked inside and outside of the home on the day of installation. When the local inspector approved their work she indicated that the workmanship was "above and beyond" what was expected. We are pleased with the warranties and service contracts.
