Poor ethics on new solar

Adams Electric installed solar system on my shop roof in fall of 2023. 4 months later my sho roof collapsed downward punching holes in metal roof of shop. Rain and snow came into attic of shop. Repairs were done over a two month period. I lost electric production for that period and was not reimbursed. Just received a bill for $2200 dollars that the warranty would not cover. What is remedy here?

Outstanding team and experience

What a great company and buying experience. It started with our Project Advisor Dan and carried right into the installation team of Joe, Geraldo, Damon and JT and lets not forget the office support staff. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I always ask a lot of questions and everyone made sure to address my concerns in a timely manner. The install went great, and once the team left the only indication they were here was the generator sitting outside. They cleaned up after themselves and respected my home. One of the guys (JT I think) even alerted me to a leaking regulator on my gas meter! I highly recommend Adams Electric. While I may not need another generator any time soon, when I need an electrician there is no question I will be calling Adams. Bring on the storms and power outages. With my new Generac Guardian and the support of Adam's Electric, I'll be ready for anything. Thanks again Steve

The best of the best.

Professional, friendly, knowledgeable. Arrived on time, reviewed the activities and equipment needed with me to ensure my expectations are well understood. Works well will local building inspectors.

Adams Top Shelf

From sales staff to the awesome installers, the whole process for our whole house 14kW went great. The install team was qualified and respectful of our home by wearing shoe covers. I am glad Home Depot uses Adams for the most important part of the process...the installation, testing, and training.

good Dealer

Was very impressed with the installation crew. Very professional job. Great clean-up.

Excellent service by a professional and well trained team

Adams Electric Generator installation team did a superb job installing our Generac Power system. They go beyond the typical installation scope to find the best location, and best workmanship to complete the installation. I highly recommend Adams Generators for a professional and efficient installation.

Great experience

The team showed up on time and installed a whole house generator. They were professional, courteous and easy to work with. They were neat. Upon completion Joe explained working details of the generator.

Highly capable and professional!

Our installation was not simple. The strong technical skills of the team made us very comfortable with the installation. Very professional. Peace of mind delivered!

Installed as advertised.

The Adams team of Josh, JD, Javier and Tony showed up right on time and installed an upgraded whole house generator. They were very professional, courteous and easy to work with. They all truly exhibited a concern for accurate professional workmanship - and leaving both the new and existing power panels in a neat and orderly fashion. Upon completion they explained working details of the generator and left the house as clean as it was before they got there. Upon repowering the house, everything worked perfectly. We feel they deserve this recognition and are an asset to Adams Generator Company. Jack and Nancy
